The following instructions explain how collaborative lists (smartsheets) and survey forms can be incorporated into Wetpaint pages

Step 1: If you don't already have a Smartsheet account, sign up for one here: Smartsheet Sign Up (it's free to try and we don't won't ask you for a credit card either...)

Step 2: Create a sheet in your Smartsheet account

Step 3: Click the Sharing tab on your Smartsheet

Step 4: Click Publish or Smartform (survey form) options, save your settings, then copy (Ctrl + C) the embed code which is then shown in the sharing tab

Step 5: In your WetPaint site, click the EasyEdit button and click Widget, scroll down and in the 'Other Widget' section click the Select Button

Step 6: Paste (ctrl-v or rt-click paste) the smartsheet embed code into the 'Enter the code for your widget' window
